I was injured on the job in 199Due to partial paralysis and chronic pain, m, blowing my back out with an emergency surgery needed. They offered me a huge pile of dough to settle or take a lesser "Lifetime Medical" related to my injury.

I went with the Lifetime Medical. My condition was determined to be "45% Disabled Permanent & Stationary." Traveler's has frequently, systematically, histrionically denied me basic medication (non-psychoactive) virtually every month. THAT, has put me into the position of having to rely prescribed dosing and hoard my medication in order to keep up with the frequent denials by Traveler's "agents." I am now in contact with an attorney and filing a formal complaint with the Department of Insurance in California. This is cruel and harmful deniability by agents that are are not Doctors!

A Class Action Lawsuit should be implemented and enforced.Redding CA

Review about: Travelers Insurance Company Workers Compensation Claim.

Reason of review: Potential Fraudulent Conduct.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Travelers ability to comply with agreements law or decency.
