Travelers canceled me this year for no good reason. I never filed a claim but I've paid to them in premiums enough to purchase a new ring. DISGRACEFUL!
I sent a certified return receipt requested letter to Travelers Consumer Affairs at their headquarters in Hartford Connecticut asking them to reconsider but they did not even respond.
People need to know that this corporation does not care about it's customers.
They do not even respond to the complaints of their long term customers. Go somewhere else with your business.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
